Why is my payment on hold?

Payment is held in escrow to ensure secure online transactions, build trust, and minimize risks for both sellers and buyers. Our Escrow protection system provides payment security, product/service assurance, fraud protection, and effective dispute resolution.

When the buyer marks the work as complete, the payment held in escrow is released to the Raketeer, minus a 10% platform fee, as well as any applicable Xendit fees.
