What is Gigs by Raket PH?
A service marketplace that connects freelancers and clients. Freelancers can upload their services, which clients can avail.
Can I change my username and profile photo?
Yes, access your profile from the menu bar and select “Raketship”. You may edit your username and profile photo, then save changes. These changes will be reviewed and screened by Raket PH for approval.

Access your profile from the menu bar and select “Raketship”. You may edit your profile, and then save changes. These changes will be reviewed and screened by Raket PH for approval.
What can be found in Raket?
There is a wide variety of unique services offered by local freelancers.
File sharing: file types, size, and limits
You can send, receive, or view any type of file over Raket.PH, but there are size limits on the files you can send. Some types of files may require separate software or an app to view them.
There is a 100 MB file size limit on shared files. If you send a file that is too large, you'll get the error "Not sent - File is larger than 100 MB."
For larger files, for example folders of multimedia content or large presentation files, we suggest using a Cloud-based sharing service such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
For Clients
How can I avail of a service?
Select the specific service you want to avail of to view more details and information about the service.
You may chat with the freelancer for any inquiries, or you directly order by selecting “Avail Now”. Payment will be made upfront and will be kept in escrow until the service has been completed.
How can I cancel an order?
Access your profile from the menu bar and select “Projects and Orders”. Select the service you want to request for cancellation and tap the “Cancel Order” button.
Cancellation is not ensured and will need approval from the freelancer if the work is in progress. Once the freelancer has agreed to the order cancellation, payment will be rolled back to your wallet on the next disbursement schedule which happens every Friday
Will I get a refund after canceling my order?
You can get a refund for your order once the freelancer approves of the cancellation. Freelancers and clients are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably before contacting Raket support for mediation.
How can I claim my refund?
Once the freelancer has approved your order cancellation, refunds will automatically be rolled back to your GCash wallet on the next disbursement schedule which happens every Friday.
Why do I need to pay before receiving my order?
Payment is made upfront and will be kept in escrow until the service is provided. This ensures that payment will be made and given to the freelancer only when the service is complete.
How long will it take before my order is complete?
The time it takes for an order to be completed would depend on the freelancer. You may communicate any concerns and questions you may have to the freelancer via the chatbox.
What are the payment options?
GCash is the only payment option allowed.
I forgot to mark my order as complete. What will happen?
Three (3) days after the freelancer has rendered their service, the order will automatically be marked as complete.
The GCash app crashed after I made my payment. How can I confirm if my payment went through?
Access your profile from the menu bar and select “Projects and Orders”. You may view all your confirmed orders on the page.
My order is taking too long to complete and the freelancer is unresponsive. Can I cancel and refund my order?
Access your profile from the menu bar and select “Projects and Orders”. Select the service you want to request for cancellation and tap the “Cancel Order” button.

For Raketeers / Freelancers
How can I post my services?
Access your profile from the menu bar and select “Services”. Tap on “Add Service” and input the required information and details to your service. Services will be reviewed and screened by the Raket team before it is published.
How long will it take before my service is approved?
It will take around 7-10 days for Raket to review and screen your service before it can be published.
Can I edit a service that has been posted?
Yes, you may access your profile from the menu bar and select “Services”. Select the pencil icon of the service you want to edit. After saving changes, it will take 7-10 days for Raket to review and screen the edits before the service gets published.
How can I withdraw my earnings from my Raket wallet to my GCash wallet?
Earnings in your Raket wallet will automatically be withdrawn to your GCash wallet on the next disbursement schedule which happens every Friday.
Why was my service posting returned/rejected?
Raket ensures that all services being uploaded are legitimate, appropriate, compliant, and safe for users. You can check your Raket inbox for specific reasons for return and how you may improve your posting.
How can I delete a service I’ve posted?
Yes, you may access your profile from the menu bar and select “Services”. Select the trash icon of the service you want to delete. Kindly note that deleted services can no longer be retrieved.
Why does Raket need to review the service posting?
Raket ensures that all services being uploaded are legitimate, appropriate, compliant, and safe for users.
A client is requesting to cancel their order, but I have already started working on the project. What do I do?
Freelancers and clients are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably before contacting compliance@raket.ph for mediation.
I want to withdraw my earnings now. How can I do this?
Earnings in your Raket wallet will automatically be withdrawn to your GCash wallet on the next disbursement schedule which happens every Friday.
