Raket Campaign Mechanics & Terms and Conditions

Raket.PH discount campaigns allow sellers to offer promotional discounts on their digital products and provide participating products with additional visibility on the Raket.PH platform.

By joining a campaign, sellers agree to the campaign mechanics and these Terms and Conditions. Please review the campaign discount, campaign period, applicable platform fees, and resulting product prices carefully before joining.

1. Seller Eligibility

To participate in a Raket.PH campaign, a seller must:

Have at least one active digital product listing on Raket.PH;
Meet the eligibility requirements stated in the applicable campaign mechanics; and
Review and agree to the campaign discount, terms, and requirements before joining.

2. Campaign Participation

2.1 Voluntary Participation

Participation in a campaign is voluntary. Sellers may choose which available campaigns to join, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements.

2.2 Inclusion of Products

Unless otherwise stated in the campaign mechanics, all active digital products listed on the seller's profile will be included in the campaign once the seller joins.

2.3 Campaign Discount

The discount percentage will vary depending on the campaign. The applicable discount will automatically be applied to participating products for the duration of the campaign.

The campaign discount will be reflected wherever the participating products are displayed on Raket.PH, including applicable homepage placements and the designated campaign page.

2.4 New Listings and Price Changes

The campaign discount will also apply to eligible digital products added while the seller is actively participating in the campaign.

If a seller changes the price of an existing participating product during the campaign, the campaign discount will continue to apply based on the updated listing price.

Sellers are responsible for reviewing the resulting price before adding new products or changing the price of participating products.

2.5 Minimum Listing Price and Campaign Discount Eligibility

Raket.PH currently has a minimum listing price of ₱100. Digital products originally priced at ₱100 will not be eligible for the campaign discount, as applying the discount would bring the product price below the platform's minimum listing price.

The following rules apply:

Sellers with products priced above ₱100: Eligible digital products priced above ₱100 will be included in the campaign, displayed on the designated campaign page, and eligible for the applicable campaign discount. Other products priced at ₱100 will remain at their regular listing price and will not receive the campaign discount.
Sellers with only products priced at ₱100: If all of a seller's active digital products are priced at ₱100, none of their products will receive the campaign discount or be included in the campaign page as discounted products.
Sellers with only one product priced at ₱100: If a seller has only one active digital product listing priced at ₱100, that product will not receive the campaign discount or be included in the campaign page as a discounted product.

Joining a campaign does not override this minimum listing price restriction. Only eligible digital products priced above ₱100 may receive the campaign discount and qualify for inclusion in the campaign page as discounted products.

3. Platform Fee

Campaign sales are subject to a 30% platform fee.

This applies to sales of products participating in a Raket.PH campaign, regardless of whether the buyer accesses the product through the campaign page, homepage, or another Raket.PH platform placement.

This campaign-specific platform fee applies in place of the applicable fee for sales generated through a seller's shared product link.

Sellers should consider both the campaign discount and the applicable platform fees when determining whether to participate.

4. Review of Final Price and Seller Proceeds

Before joining a campaign, sellers are responsible for reviewing:

The applicable campaign discount;
The resulting discounted selling price; and
The applicable platform fees and resulting amount the seller will receive.

By joining the campaign, the seller confirms that they have reviewed and are comfortable with the resulting product price and applicable fees.

Once a seller has joined a campaign, Raket.PH will not adjust the campaign discount or applicable platform fee at the seller's request, except where otherwise provided in the campaign mechanics or required due to a technical or platform-related issue.

5. Campaign Exposure

Participating products may receive additional visibility through Raket.PH campaign placements, which may include:

Raket.PH homepage placements;
The designated campaign page; and
Raket.PH social media channels or other promotional channels, where applicable.

Social media promotion and other promotional placements are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the campaign and Raket.PH's promotional plans.

Participation in a campaign does not guarantee sales, views, clicks, revenue, or any specific level of exposure.

6. Campaign-Specific Mechanics

Each campaign may have its own mechanics and requirements, including:

Campaign period;
Discount percentage;
Seller eligibility requirements;
Promotional placements;
Participation requirements; and
Other applicable terms.

Sellers must review the specific campaign mechanics before joining. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific campaign mechanics, the campaign-specific mechanics will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.

7. Leaving a Campaign

Sellers may leave an active campaign at any time.

Upon leaving:

The campaign discount will no longer apply to the seller's eligible products;
Products will return to their applicable regular listing prices;
Products will no longer be included in the campaign page; and
Products will no longer be eligible for campaign-specific promotional activities.

A seller may rejoin the campaign while it remains active, subject to the applicable campaign mechanics.

8. Seller Responsibilities

By joining a campaign, the seller acknowledges and agrees that:

They have reviewed and understood the campaign mechanics and these Terms and Conditions.
They agree to the applicable campaign discount and campaign period.
All eligible active digital products will be subject to the campaign discount unless otherwise stated.
New eligible products added during the campaign will also be subject to the campaign discount.
Price changes made to participating products during the campaign will remain subject to the campaign discount.
Campaign sales are subject to the 30% platform fee.
They have reviewed and accepted the resulting discounted price and applicable platform fee before joining.
Campaign participation does not guarantee sales, revenue, or promotional exposure.
They will comply with any additional requirements stated in the applicable campaign mechanics.

9. Campaign Changes or Cancellation

Raket.PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel a campaign when reasonably necessary, including due to technical issues, platform changes, operational considerations, or circumstances beyond Raket.PH's control.

Raket.PH also reserves the right to determine how and where participating products are displayed or promoted during a campaign.

10. Before You Join

Please make sure you have:

Reviewed the campaign discount and campaign period
Checked the resulting discounted prices of your products
Reviewed the 30% platform fee applicable to campaign sales
Confirmed that you are comfortable with the resulting seller proceeds
Reviewed the campaign-specific mechanics and requirements
Understood that eligible products will automatically receive the campaign discount across applicable Raket.PH placements
Understood that new listings and price changes during the campaign will also be subject to the campaign discount
