Raket Content Guidelines

At Raket.PH, we value the freedom of creators to produce content that their supporters enjoy. However, it is important to maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone. To ensure this, we have content guidelines in place.

These guidelines are designed to help creators and sellers ensure that their content is appropriate, respectful, and compliant with the law. By following these guidelines, you can protect your customers, maintain a positive reputation, and create a welcoming space for all users.

Scope of Guidelines

These guidelines cover everything on the Raket.PH platform, including images, text, videos, audios, services, products, and links. This includes all areas where you can add content, such as RaketShip, direct messages, media, and recommendations.

Strictly prohibited uses of Raket.PH

Engaging in any activity that violates any law or governmental regulation, money laundering regulation, or industry requirement.
Sharing or promoting illegal content.
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, such as using copyrighted material, trademarks, or other protected content without proper authorization.
Creating or promoting content that includes hate speech, discrimination, violence, or any form of harassment.
Sharing explicit or adult-oriented material.
Disrespecting cultural sensitivities and posting content that may be offensive or derogatory to specific groups of people.
Making false claims or harmful misrepresentations on your services or products, including but not limited to Holocaust denial, political conspiracies, pandemic-related conspiracies and medical falsehoods, and so on.
Creating or promoting content that glorifies and/or encourages self-harm or suicide.
Engaging in the sale, purchase, or expression of intent to buy or sell real weapons, their parts, accessories, or ammunition.
Engaging in installment loan services.
Soliciting donations or payments of any kind.
Spreading spyware, malware, viruses, or linking to malicious websites containing such links, software, or bots.
Posting content that slanders, libels, misinforms about, or otherwise intentionally harms the reputation of Raket.PH.
Sharing violent or excessively gory content or content that glorifies violence in any way.

Strictly Prohibited Adult Content

Raket.PH cannot be used as a platform for sexually explicit or adult-themed content for services or products. This includes, but is not limited to:

Offering any sexual services, including prostitution, escorts, pay-per-view content, fulfilling fetish requests, striptease, masturbation, adult chat/sexting, and adult content rating services. This also includes using suggestive language or visuals in adult chat.
Sharing or promoting pornography, rape or sexual assault depictions, incest, bestiality, or any explicit or obscene content. This applies to all content types, such as illustrations, videos, literature, and audio.
Posting any form of nudity, whether censored, covered, or partial.
Selling sexually explicit material, including sex toys.
Including links to or from websites focused on explicit, fetish, or adult-themed content.
Altering adult content with emojis, illustrations, blurring, or other methods.
Covering nudity with body parts or objects.
Offering uncensored content exclusively to clients or buyers or through third-party sites or links.

A few reminders:

*It is important to make sure that any services or items that are not permitted on Raket.PH are completely removed from the platform.

What happens if I find a listing that violates Raket’s guidelines?

If you come across a listing on Raket that violates our guidelines, you have the option to report it. Our team will review the reported listing and take appropriate action, which may include removing the listing if it indeed violates our guidelines.
