Guidelines for Allowed and Not Allowed Products on Raket.PH.

What Can You Sell on Raket?

Everything listed for sale on Raket.PH must be your original artwork, custom-made, and handmade products created by you. Raket also supports the sale of digital products. All items sold on Raket must adhere to our Raket Content Guidelines.

Allowed Products:

✅ Custom Made Goods:

• Raket.PH allows the listing and sale of custom-made products.
• Custom made goods are unique items that are created specifically for each customer based on their preferences and specifications.
• Examples of custom made goods include personalized jewelry, handcrafted furniture, and tailored clothing.

✅ Handcrafted Items:

• Raket.PH welcomes handcrafted products that are made with skill, creativity, and craftsmanship.
• Examples of handcrafted items include handmade soaps, pottery, paintings, woodwork, handcrafted home decor and furnishings, handmade fashion items, and knitted/crocheted items.

✅ Artwork and Creative Products:

• Raket.PH allows the sale of original artwork, prints, illustrations, and other creative products.
• This includes paintings, drawings, digital art, photography, and graphic designs.

✅ Digital Products:

• Raket.PH permits the sale of digital or downloadable products.
• This includes e-books, digital art files, graphic design templates, and other digital assets.

Not Allowed Products:

❌ Counterfeit or Unauthorized Items:

• Raket.PH strictly prohibits the sale of counterfeit or unauthorized products.
• It is important to respect intellectual property rights and not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or patents.
• Products that imitate or replicate branded or copyrighted items are not allowed.

❌ Illegal or Prohibited Goods:

• Any products that are illegal, prohibited, or restricted by law are not allowed on Raket.PH.
• This includes items such as alcohol, drugs, firearms, stolen goods, and other illicit items.
• Raketeers must comply with all local, regional, and national laws and regulations regarding the sale of goods.

*Examples of what is allowed:

1. Empty alcohol bottles and items made from them e.g. Wine Bottle Serving Tray
2. Custom-made cosplay and movie props
3. Models and figurines equipped with weapons

❌ Hazardous Materials and Substances:

• Goods that are considered hazardous, dangerous, or pose a risk to public safety cannot be listed on Raket.PH.
• This includes explosives, flammable substances, corrosive materials, and toxic substances.

❌  Offensive or Inappropriate Items:

• Products that promote hatred, discrimination, violence, or contain explicit or adult content are not permitted on Raket.PH.
• It is important to maintain a respectful and inclusive marketplace environment.

*Examples of what is allowed:

1. Non-pornographic nude drawings, such as tribal drawings, abstracted nudes, or cartoon depictions within reasonable limits, like those found in sex education books
2. Fictional literary or art work (such as zombies, vampires, or other fictional works that tend to contain violence)
3. Items that show support or bring awareness to those at risk of self-harm

❌ Perishable Items:

• Raket.PH does not allow the sale of perishable goods.
• This includes food items or items that have a limited shelf life.
• Raketeers should focus on selling non-perishable items that can be safely shipped and delivered.

❌ Live Animals and Human Remains:

• Raket.PH does not allow the sale of live animals or pets.
• Raketeers should refrain from listing animals, including puppies, kittens, birds, reptiles, and other live creatures.

*Example of what is allowed:

1. Custom mini bottle with human or pet hair for sentimental purposes

❌ Cosmetics:

• Selling of cosmetics is not allowed on Raket.PH.
• This includes beauty and skincare products, makeup, fragrances, and related items.

❌ Electronics/Electronic Devices:

• Selling electronics or electronic devices is not allowed on Raket.PH.
• This includes items such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, cameras, and other electronic gadgets.

Please note that Raket.PH reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these guidelines or its terms of service.
