Why your Raket.PH listing got rejected (And how to fix it)

So you’ve created a listing on Raket, hit publish... and then got the dreaded rejection notice. 😓 We know—it can be a little discouraging, especially when you’re excited to start selling your services or products.

But don’t worry! In this article, we’ll walk you through the most common reasons listings get rejected on Raket and how to avoid them in the future.

1. You're Selling Fake IDs or Legal Documents

Selling templates or services related to official IDs like UMID, National IDs, driver’s licenses, or any other legal documents is a big red flag.

🛑 Why it gets rejected:

It’s illegal—and goes against our platform’s rules.

✅ What to do instead:

Focus on products and services that are creative, ethical, and 100% legit.

2. You Used Trademarked Logos or Characters

That Marvel superhero or Nike logo might look cool in your listing, but using trademarked content—including logos or well-known characters—is not allowed unless you own the rights.

🛑 Why it gets rejected:

It can lead to copyright infringement and legal trouble.

✅ What to do instead:

Stick to your own designs or use royalty-free visuals.

3. You're Selling Streaming Subscriptions

Reselling access to services like Netflix, Canva Pro, or Spotify Premium breaks copyright laws.

🛑 Why it gets rejected:

Subscription sharing or selling is not permitted by the original platforms.

✅ What to do instead:

Offer your own digital services—think templates, designs, or custom work!

4. You’re Editing or Creating Official Documents

Creating or altering government-issued documents (even as a “sample” or “template”) is a no-go.

🛑 Why it gets rejected:

This can be used for fraud and violates both our policies and the law.

✅ What to do instead:

Stick to offering creative edits or non-official design work.

5. Your Listing Description Is Too Short

One-liner listings like “I’ll design your logo” won’t cut it. We require a clear, detailed description so buyers understand what they’re getting.

📝 Guidelines:

  • Minimum: 200 characters
  • Maximum: 1000 characters

✅ Tips for improvement:

Describe your product or service, what’s included, benefits, delivery time, and anything that sets you apart.

6. Your Content Is Inappropriate or Harmful

We don’t allow any content that’s offensive, harmful, or illegal. This includes hate speech, explicit content, and anything that could cause harm to others.

Check our Raket Content Guidelines

7. You’re Offering Government-Related Services

We’ve seen listings offering to “process your ID” or “fix your government documents.” While these may seem helpful, they can breach privacy laws and open the door to misuse.

🛑 Why it gets rejected:

Handling personal or government information is a serious privacy concern.

8. You’re Offering Gambling Services

Online gambling, casinos, or any related services (even digital ones) are not allowed on the platform.

🛑 Why it gets rejected:

It violates both our platform rules and several local laws.

9. You’re Selling Fake Followers or Bot Engagement

Whether it’s fake followers, auto-likes, or bot comments, these kinds of listings are strictly against our guidelines.

🛑 Why it gets rejected:

It's dishonest, manipulative, and harmful to genuine creators and businesses.

✅ What to do instead:

Offer real value—like social media management, content creation, or ad services.
