Listing Fee Terms

To keep our marketplace active, high-quality, and secure, we use a listing credit system. Please review the terms below before purchasing and using listing credits on Raket.PH.

Listing Fee

• Amount: ₱50 for 5 listing credits.
• Usage: 1 credit allows you to submit 1 listing for review and potential approval.
• Duration: Listing credits remain active for as long as your Raket.PH account is active.

• No Expiration: Your purchased listing credits will not expire.

  
  

Note: After you purchase listing credits, 1 credit will be deducted when you draft and save a listing. This helps us maintain quality by discouraging spam and incomplete drafts.

Refund Policy

Listing fee refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason for the request and the circumstances involved.

If you believe you were charged a listing fee or used a listing credit due to an error, technical issue, or other valid reason, you may contact our support team at support@raket.ph. We will review your request, assess the circumstances, and take the necessary action, which may include a refund or credit reversal when appropriate.

Refunds or credit reversals may not be granted in situations such as:

• Your listing was not approved or was removed for violating Raket.PH’s listing policies or guidelines.
• You choose to close your account or delete your listing.
• Your account is suspended for any reason.
• The product you listed does not sell.
• A listing credit was used when you intentionally drafted, saved, published, or edited a listing.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund or credit reversal will be issued. Each request will be reviewed based on the specific circumstances.

• By purchasing and using listing credits, you agree to comply with all Raket.PH policies and guidelines.
• Make sure your listings meet our content standards before submitting them for review to avoid disapproval or removal.
• Listing credits are deducted when a listing is saved or edited, even if the listing is not ultimately approved.
• If you believe a listing credit was deducted incorrectly or due to an issue, please contact support@raket.ph so our team can review and assist you.
