- How much is the listing fee?
The listing fee is ₱50 for 5 listing credits.
- What is a listing credit?
A listing credit lets you submit one (1) product or service listing for review and potential approval on Raket.
- When is a listing credit deducted?
A credit is deducted as soon as you draft and save a listing, even before submitting it for review. This policy helps maintain platform quality by discouraging spammy or incomplete drafts.
- Do listing credits expire?
No. Your purchased listing credits never expire as long as your Raket account remains active.
- How long can I keep my listing credits?
Listing credits remain active for the lifetime of your account. You can use them anytime you want.
- Why is credit used at the draft stage?
To help keep our marketplace high-quality and free of spam, 1 credit is deducted once you save your draft. This encourages sellers to create complete and serious listings.
- Can I get a refund for unused credits?
No. Listing fees are non-refundable, and refunds or credit reversals will not be issued in the following situations:
- Your listing is not approved or is removed for violating Raket.PH’s policies or guidelines.
- You delete your listing or choose to close your account.
- Your account is suspended for any reason.
- The product or service you listed does not sell.
- What happens if my listing is rejected?
If your listing violates any of our Content Guidelines, it will not be approved—and the credit will not be returned.
- What if I make a mistake in my listing after using a credit?
You can edit your listing after it has been reviewed. If it gets rejected, you may revise and resubmit using another credit.
- How do I buy listing credits?
Go to your Raketeer Dashboard (in ‘My RaketShip’) → select Listing Credits → click “Buy Now” → choose your payment method and complete your purchase.
